Hers's the newest pages!

These are the newest pages that I have put together.
I hope you enjoy them!
These two are of Blake, Ben and Joe playing
around in the trees like a bunch of monkeys.
This was for Jan, Ben's mom. This is the newest Geddes grand baby, Kelsea. She's already sis months old, this is of her as a newborn at the hospital.
Then for each month for the first five years, I had 8x10's made of the kids. I hung them up in their rooms, in a 12 month grouping. It is so amazing to see how much a child changes from month to month. This is Blake in August of 2004!
I have so much fun doing all this, scrapbooking is so much fun.

Welcome to Frankies Tiki Room...

Once we left the stripe and drove away from the casinos we were on our way to the next destination. We were headed for Frankie's Tiki room.
Here we are out front of the bar!
We were all wondering what our dad was about to get us all into???
When you walk into the bar you are greeted to an amazing display of tiki decor.
I thought the only place that looked like this was my dads house!
This is a great tiki statue that sits by one of the tables, he sorta like an added guest if you sit there.
This place is in a dim setting so I had to lighten up these picture a bit so that you could see all the great stuff. This is a corner of the bar that you can sit in. It is covered in all these great pictures and I tried to take a few close ups of some.
These were all such great paintings...
They were all great to look at.
There was also a great selection of masks around the bar!
(Sorry this one is blurry)!
He is a statue that greets you as you walk in.
Throughout the bar there were lights that looked like this
or
like this. My dad has one of this glass balls hang in his house. It's much bigger then any of these and it's a sea green color. Aunt Jeanette says that they get these washing up on shore from time to time over in Kauai. They were from fishing boats, the fishers used them to hold up their fishing nets!
This was my favorite picture of them all!
I was so glad that we were able to stop by Frankie's Bar. It sure is a great place for all you tiki lovers. I wish we had something like that here. It would be such a great place to hang out at. I'll get a copy of a picture of all the cups from my dad and post it later. They sure were all really cool...

One last stop in Las Vegas!!!!!

So on the way back we had to stop in Las Vegas again and drop my mom off at the airport. She had decided that one way was all the driving she could take. Dallas was suppose to fly home with her but Isaiah had never flown yet so she took him instead. He had a blast and pictures were taken but I haven't gotten any yet...
My dad had wanted us to stop by a few Tiki places for him. So we all got out of the cars and made a night of it. We parked at the Paris hotel and started our little adventure.
The first place we needed to stop at was a place called "Trader Vic's". He wanted a tiki cup that they had there, so we all ran in there to see the restaurant and pick up this cup of a women sitting on a pineapple.
Then it was decided that we wanted to get panda express. That was going to be a bit of a walk, at least this time we had other adults to help us carry all of our kids.
After we got back from eating we stopped and
took a few pictures inside the hotel that we parked out.
It was a great ending to a really fun trip!
These were some Ed Hardy glasses they had, so I took this picture for Chelsey, she's a really big fan. I'm starting to like his stuff also, it's got a great style to it.

The big Wait Family reunion...

Lets start from the beginning, it's usually the best place to start!
Everyone arrived in St. George on Friday, it also happened to be our cousin Mark's birthday. What a great way to celebrate your birthday, with your entire family...
So we did what we do best, we made food.
Some of our best memories in this family happen around food.
Everyone helped out in their own little way
The kids helped out by eating birthday cake before dinner

We also had the usual card playing going on, it is also one of our families favorite pass time
(despite the fact that my mom constantly comments on how much it drives her nut, lol)
Here is Camey buttering up the corn and wrapping it in tin-foil
Ashley offered to help out with cleaning the chicken.
The dinner was amazing and Celo did a great job at the b-b-q. Everything tasted so good and we all had a great time eating and socializing.
The next day was Valentines day.I had gotten all of my kids shirts to wear for the holiday. I am such a sucker for holiday shirts for kids, I think they look so cute on them.
Here's Blake
Brooklyn
Bella
and of course
Bayleigh
The kids enjoyed the morning out on the back deck the was along the back side of my mom's timeshare. It was such a nice morning and they played and ate fruit with Ashley.

Once everyone was ready, we got into our cars and drove to a state park that wasn't to far away. My mom wanted to take the kids somewhere they could explore and see all the great rocks in the area!
Here is a group shot of almost everyone that came on this adventure.
Chelsey and Celo stayed back when it came time to journey down some not so easy paths.
On the way back up Ben spotted some animal tracks and had the boys take a look. They all took guesses on what they thought made it!
When it came time for the second part of the adventure a few more of us headed back to the cars. Kennedy fell and hit her chin, so we went back to get her cleaned up...
This is just Bayleigh throwing a tantrum
She finally calm down!
The last day we decided to take a trip up to Zion national park. The drive was so beautiful, it even included snow in the park. We went through a tunnel that was inside the mountain. It was completely dark except for your headlights or the few small holes the blow out of the side. A bit claustrophobic for me, but we all did just fine.
We pulled over to the side of the road and ate lunch.

Some of us were more daring to get out of the car then others!
We even managed to have a snow ball fight with each other...

Brooks spent some time ad built this really great snowman.

We really had such a great time with everyone.

On the last night we all took a ton of family picture. I am still waiting to get the C.D. from grandpa Jack. Reed took all the picture for us, which was so great and helpful and I can't wait to see them. After pictures and dinner was over was gathered around in a big group and talked about our favorite memories about growing up in this amazing family. It sure was a night that I am never going to forget.
I really did enjoy this truely amazing opportunity we were given to get together and share some increadible memories. I was so glad to see everyone, it has been so long since we've all gotten together like this and just had a good time.
